So, here's the thing. We usually require private property to set up. Some councils let us setup in a park or on the street with a permit. The trucks are all have Department of Health registration to trade Victoria wide with council but each council is a law unto themselves with planning. If not on private property the truck may need a permit. We also require a firm, level surface and overhead height clearance of up 3.9 Metres depending on which truck we send.
Almost always! We’re based in South East Melbourne, but we love hitting the road to serve all of Melbourne, we get out to country Victoria and have even travelled interstate. Where ever you are, don’t hesitate to reach out - we’ll see what we can do! Travelling fees might apply, but just get in touch, and we'll work it out.

We sure do! This works well for spaces that can't accommodate the truck or don't have the numbers to justify sending out a full crew and food truck. Please note : some dishes don't travel so well and are not suitable for this service.
We’ll always try to make it work for your budget, but here’s the deal:
Monday-Thursday Lunch Service: $1,600 + GST
All other times: $2000 + GST
Travel fee of $200 +GST if we are sending a truck and a full crew out. No travel fee and reduced minimum spends for drop & go catering.

ASAP is the best answer - we book fast! It’s first-come, first-served, so the earlier you secure your date with a deposit, the better.
Procrastinators rejoice: If you’re last-minute, reach out anyway - miracles sometimes happen.
Here’s what you’re getting:

A dream team of 2-3 staff serving up the goodies from our shiny food trailer for 2 hours.
Need us for longer? No worries - it’s $70 + GST/hour for extra time.
If you’re looking for additional services, such as waitstaff, runners, or cleaners, let us know! We can suggest some trusted third-party companies to accommodate your needs.
A $200 + GST deposit locks in your booking (non-refundable if you cancel).
The final balance is due 14 days before your event, along with confirmed numbers and any dietary details.
Need to cancel? We’ll refund 50% of the total invoice if you cancel with less than 7 days’ notice.

Of course! Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, seafood-free, nut-free, or just plain picky, we’ve got your back. Let us know your needs, and we’ll work some magic to make it happen.
We take food allergies seriously, but here’s the deal: due to possible cross-contamination in our cooking space (think shared grills and frying oil), we can’t guarantee a 100% gluten-free option for celiac folks whilst running a normal menu. If you want a whole gluten free event, get in contact, we can do this.
That said, we can tweak our menu with gluten-free naan or rice options for those who can handle a little gluten wiggle room. Just let us know what works for you!
