Our Story
From Restaurant Roots to a Mobile Food Empire
Our journey began in 2006 with the opening of our first Indian restaurant in East Melbourne, right across from the iconic MCG. What started as a passion for authentic Indian cuisine quickly grew beyond the restaurant walls. By 2010, we catered our first off-site event—a wedding for 400 guests—which sparked a wave of catering requests and the need for mobility.
2012
In 2012, we rolled out our first food truck to meet growing demand, and by 2016, a second truck joined the fleet, dedicated to events and festivals. In 2019, we expanded our culinary horizons with the launch of our sister truck, Schnitty Schnitty Bang Bang, celebrating our love for the humble schnitzel.
